Last week (Thursday 24th October) Surventrix headed up to Coventry Building Society Arena for this year’s Sava Residential Surveying Expo 2024, bringing the residential surveying community together for a day of learning.

Rickards Oliver is a family business established, owned, and run by husband and wife team Richard Ballam and Monica Ballam. All surveying and valuation work is carried out by Richard who is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer with over 20 years’ experience.
