Surventrix launches new Diary feature

Surventrix has added an updated Diary Tool to the platform, enabling you to manage your teams effortlessly.

Within the diary tool, you can easily view jobs waiting to be assigned to a surveyor. You can also view each booked instruction at the click of a button.

Filter options:

The tool enables users to filter the options they need, from week, day and list view. It also allows users to add events such as Annual Leave etc. This is very convenient for admin teams to view availability when speaking with customers and planning your diary.

How to access the Diary Tool:

To find the Diary tool, click on the calendar icon when logged into the system. This will present all of the jobs booked for the company as an account owner for each surveyor. In your own User Profile, there is the option to work on 'Your Calendar'. Which is handy if you're focusing on your own work.

Each appointment in the diary is linked to the actual case. This makes it easy to keep track of everyone's whereabouts when planning subsequent appointments that work locally.

In addition, the Diary Tool will send out an ical update to the surveyor, for them to pick up in their own email diary. Vendors can also be included with an iCal invite as a confirmation of the upcoming surveyors appointment.

Surveyors can also add in ‘custom events’ in the event they have an important meeting or annual leave planned so the admin team can have sight on Surceyors availability.
