Surventrix accelerates surveyor productivity and insights with Sprift integration

Software provider for the surveying and financial markets, Surventrix, has announced its latest integration with property data specialists, Sprift Technologies, to support surveyors with their productivity and insights.

Surventrix is a long-established software provider for the surveying and financial markets that provides innovative CRM and reporting solutions, manages risk and improves efficiency for its client base.

Since launching in 2016, Sprift has been providing property professionals with property-specific data to enable collaboration in a fragmented property market. From radon and environmental data, to planning and building regulations history and full EPC data, Sprift provides up to 300 data points on all 29.6million residential UK properties via its intelligent dashboards and reports, which can now be accessed by Surventrix Pro plan users through this latest integration. In addition, Sprift provides whole-of-market comparables for both live listings and sold properties which can be accessed by surveyors in seconds and instantly shared with other industry professionals and clients.

Sprift for Surveyors

The Sprift for Surveyors platform is now available to Surventrix’s growing community of Pro plan users, providing them with powerful, transparent UK residential property data aggregated from official and trusted sources including the Office for National Statistics, Ordnance Survey, Royal Mail, Google, Land Registry, and Ofsted.

As part of their access to the Sprift for Surveyors platform via the latest integration, Surventrix Pro plan users can now also generate Sprift’s Key Property Facts reports which can be shared with clients at quotation stage to support surveyors with making a good first impression and winning more business. In addition, the integration will also allow Surventrix Pro plan users to create and share Sprift’s Desktop Research reports in the coming weeks which aid productivity by allowing surveyors to access the insights they need to quickly and easily complete their desktop research for any residential UK property.

Ben Darley, CEO and Founder of Surventrix says: “Now, with the latest Sprift API integration into the Surventrix platform, Surveyors can unify property data and plan projects with precision, providing every surveyor the tools to save time on property research, improve client interactions and minimise risk in the reporting process with this great addition to our platform.

At Surventrix, we are on an ambitious journey to transform the way Surveyors are working, and we see digital tools and data services can bring so much value to a business if combined in an easy to use and simple system such as Surventrix.

With easy access to Sprift via Surventrix, and the ability to combine information easily in reports, the features will enable us to improve our business processes, data availability, and user experience across the board for our growing community of surveyors. We have been consistently impressed with the Sprift team's dedication and commitment over the past few months as this integration was planned and launched.”

Jamie Craddock, Head of Sprift for Surveyors, comments: “I’m really pleased to be delivering our platform to more surveyors through our latest integration with Surventrix. Our goal of bringing collaboration to a fragmented property market to simplify and speed-up transactions is very much aligned with Surventrix’s aim to transform the way surveyors are able to execute their day-to-day operations, so being able to give Surventrix Pro users who are also Sprift subscribers access to our unified, cohesive, interactive property data platform is a great step towards being able to achieve those things. Our integration will allow users to harness the power of comprehensive property data for their businesses as our intelligent dashboards, whole-of-market comparables, and customisable reports are already helping many surveyors save time and win business, so I’m really looking forward to what’s to come.”

Ian Bullock, COO at Surventrix concludes: “At Surventrix, we know that each surveyor has different needs; with Sprift, we leverage the power of data to equip the most forward-thinking firms with an agile, customisable platform to manage every aspect of their work – from ideation to execution. We're thrilled to have Sprift available and working seamlessly with Surventrix".
